RETURN POLICY  

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 3-5 business days from the day the refund is made. If you want to return your order, you will need to follow the procedure set out below within the 14 days

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.

Please be aware that international customs duties are NOT refunded for shipments outside the USA. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive to PLEASE DO NOT ENTER within the above stated timeframe. Please note that PLEASE DO NOT ENTER does not accept liability for returned goods

If you would like to return your online purchase in-store simply bring your items to your nearest store location along with a copy of your order confirmation email containing payment details for the purchase. All eligible merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Final Sale items, customized products, intimate apparel, swimwear and beauty products are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.

We accept merchandise to be returned within 14 days of date of delivery except customized products, intimate apparel, beauty products and items that are marked FINAL SALE.
